Breakfast: 1 cup raspberries (6 net carbs), coconut cream (2), coffee with cream (1), turkey and cheese roll-up (1)
Lunch: 2 eggs scrambled in ghee with 1/2 organic zucchini, 3/4 cup chopped onion, a handful of greens, and salsa. 8 net carbs
Snack: Atkins Oatmeal Cinnamon Baked Square (6 net carbs)
Dinner: 6 oz salmon, sautéed in ghee with 3/4 cup of veggie mix, handful of greens, and half an avocado (8 net carbs)
Snack: Atkins shake 2 net carbs
Total for today: 34 net carbs
I thought I’d log my food for a while because I’ve been going overboard. I’m currently on Phase 4 which is life time maintenance. I usually eat between 60-70 net carbs and occasionally a little more. I’m doing fine but feel like I need to discipline myself a little. I was eating too many ‘sweets’ Atkins approved of course but too many none the less.
I would like to finally get the last 3lbs off too so we’ll see.
