My Low-Carb Eats

Breakfast: Coffee with 3 tablespoons half and half and a packet Sweet Leaf Stevia, Atkins Breakfast Oatmeal Bar 8net carbs

Snack: I sipped a chocolate Atkins shake over ice to keep hunger at bay. It took me a few hours to drink. I also had 1 piece of Skinny Chocolate 2net carbs

Lunch:1 hard boiled egg, 2 scrambled eggs with 3/4 cup mushrooms, 3/4 cup onions, 2oz cheese 10 net carbs.

Snack: 2:00 P.M. Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie with whipped coconut and a few pieces of Skinny Chocolate

5:00 P.M. I sipped an Atkins Caramel Coffee Shake. I was getting grumpy but didn’t want to eat another snack. 9 net carbs

Supper: Cauliflower pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni, and cheese. I’m guessing about 25 net carbs (PizzaSurprised smile)

Snack: Way too much Skinny Chocolate. I made a batch of regular Skinny Chocolate and the Peanut Butter Skinny, so I was taste testing and all. I am pretty sure I met my 2TBL of eating coconut oil today.

Net Carbs for today 54 give or take.

The Café Caramel Shake is actually pretty tasty.

This low carb pizza was very good.

I had to tend to the baby so by the time I was ready to dig into my pizza it had cooled and was perfect. Normally I’m so famished that I dig in and can’t really enjoy it because it’s hot, hot, hot.
Low carb Pizza
The recipe made one small pizza. I almost ate the whole but I controlled myself and saved 1/4 for my hubby.

The rest of the family had soft tacos. I could have had that as well minus the tortilla but I wanted pizza-pizza.
