Yesterday I stacked up what Brent (8th) and Ethan (7th) will use and of course there are some Thinking Tree goodies in the stacks!

He'll read about 10 pages from his Archaeology Book and complete a worksheet. I might have him enter some of what he learned in his 12 Subject Portfolio.
His math is a combination of Unlock Math, Are You a Math Genius, and Life of Fred. I'm still pondering how to have him complete all three.
This week he will use Life of Fred 5 days, completing a chapter a day. When he gets to the end of the chapter he will use his 12 Subject Portfolio to complete the math problems.
Everyday he will do a page from Are You a Math Genius.
The Thinking Tree Brent will use the Planbook. I'll actually fill it out every Sunday night for him. Then he can just add to it and check things off daily.
With the Reading Time book I'm still pondering how we are going to use it. This week he will add what he learns from his Archaeology Book. Next week he might add what he reads about George Washington or one of the signers from For You They Signed.
Dyslexia Games he will use daily completing between 3-4 pages. Spelling Time one page a day. In the coming weeks I'll add Latin, Literature, Grammar, and Writing.
Ethan's week looks like this.
This week he will complete 1pg. a day from Mastering Essential Math Skills Book 2, 2pgs from his Multiplication Games book, listen in on the younger books of Life of Fred. Our goal is to get him caught up in the Life of Fred series.
For Writing this week he is practicing his Key Word Outlines using All Things Fun and Fascinating from IEW.
Bible Time Kids he's completing one page four times a week (at least this week, we are still figuring out our days), Fun-Schooling Spelling Journal - he will use daily. Dyslexia Games hie's will finish book 7 from series C this week, yay! With his Fun-Schooling Journal he'll complete about three pages this week.
This is is non Thinking Tree books for this week.
For history and science I still plan to use Master Books. We might do those together though, I'm not sure.
All the kids listen to lots and lots of audio books like Story of the World, Diana Waring, etc. We love audio books!!!
