Winter Wonderland

We woke to at least 6 inches of snow. So pretty. Just enough snow for the kiddos to have fun but not enough that we have to shovel :)

From http://www.weather.com/

AT 915 AM CST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED A 25 MILE WIDE AREA OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW EXTENDING FROM GAINESVILLE TO FORT WORTH... MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION CAN BE EXPECTED AS THIS BAND OF SNOW MOVES EAST THIS MORNING. LOWER VISIBILITY IN THE SNOW BAND MAY MAKE DRIVING ALONG INTERSTATE 35 VERY DANGEROUS.

SOME CITIES THAT ARE LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED BY MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW INCLUDE FORT WORTH... DENTON... GAINESVILLE... DFW AIRPORT... SHERMAN... MCKINNEY... PLANO... DALLAS... ARLINGTON.

THE SNOW WILL BEGIN TO TAPER OFF FROM WEST TO EAST LATER THIS MORNING.
A WINTER STORM WARNING AND WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAIN IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF NORTH TEXAS THIS MORNING.

Looks like the kiddos will be outside having fun in the snow. They are already gearing up and putting layers of clothes.
Lupe's truck.
Bikes.
