Week 3 Day 10

Look what review item arrived today. Math Made Easy, this item is for Lance and it looks fun. It's learning math facts, so I'm not sure if 'Lance' will think it as fun.
Speaking of my Lance, he completed two pages of his Mathematical Reasoning book and we continued with one of the Professor B Math lessons.
For the next few days Timberdoodle will ship your order free if you purchase a Critical Thinking math item. I am so very tempted. Just click on the link above to find out more.

Joshua, Annette, Caleb and Brent, completed another Step in Create Better Writers. We may stay on this step for a few more days. I'll double check tonight. I'm still contemplating if I should purchase the Standard Based Grammar.
Below is Middle J and Ethan working through a grammar lesson.
I didn't have pre-school time today because I stayed up too late posting my 'For Sale' items. Hopefully I can get some stuff sold. Annette, needs Zeta. Gotta keep her busy through the summer ;)

The children also had a picnic outside in the heat and had an adventure. They all got their backpacks, pillows and blankets to go 'exploring'. Joshua continued digging holes in the backyard. He's making a fort.

I didn't get a picture but Joshua's Human Body and Forensic books arrived from Amazon. They look really good and Josh is excited about his science this year. All we need is the Guide from WinterPromise.

The books for Caleb, Brent and maybe Ethan arrived as well. They will use Human Body and Forensic from WinterPromise as well. I'm waiting for the WP Exclusives to arrive. I can't wait to get my hands on the 'Your-One-of a Kind Human Body' notebook. I ordered three of them, hoping Ethan can join in. Maybe Lance can participate in some as well. Especially with cutting and pasting together parts of the body with The Body Book.
I have been wanting to use The Body Book for years. I've had it since the day I started homeschooling. This is one of the main reasons why I went with WinterPromise for science. I figured I'd never use it if it wasn't scheduled in our day and I've been drooling over WinterPromise's forensic science courses for a few years now. Now that my middle boys are older I felt it was time to take the plunge.
