Fun~Family~Fitness Day 6


Well, I wasn't going to do another single post but I ended up taking some pictures and thought I might as well. We completed lesson 6.
 It was not too hot out so we were able to take our Fitness Education outside. My dad came down from his apartment in the back. Because I don't like to exercise in front of non-immediate family members, I didn't join in on this lesson. I didn't plan it that way. I was actually looking forward to my Fitness Time.

Here the children are doing jumping jacks. They were to do 20 of them and repeat 3 times, with 30 seconds to rest in between.

 When the children do the Crab Walk, they like to play soccer.
The children were excited about the this one, they were to dribble a ball, and had to keep it inside the hula hoop.

Here is one of the Cool Down exercises. It's called the Sunrise Pose, but I prefer, Looking to Jesus pose =)
What I ate today:
*Coffee
*Two Sourdough toast w/lots of butter (the only way to enjoy a toasted piece of sourdough bread, yum!)
*16oz of water
*Yogurt w/berries
*Spanish Rice with hamburger meat (leftovers)
*a dab of sour cream
*Grilled Cheese Sandwich w/Sweet Potato Chips
*Hubby brought me home a chocolate chip cookie from Subway =)
*Popcorn
