Since starting my Atkins/Paleo/Healthy Trim Mama to better health journey I have been slowly adding spices to my pantry. It’s taken me 6 months to collect them all and there’s still a few more I’d like to add.
With my fridge loaded with a variety of veggies I can almost always cook what I want now. No more substituting spices or having to pass up on a good recipe because I don’t have veggies. It’s great, I love having real food available.

There are still a few items from Trim Healthy Mama list that I hope to add this Friday. Kojac Noodles for one and some oat fiber too. I have most of the foundation items but it didn’t happen over night.
