Menu Sept. 1st-7th

As you can see I stick to pretty much the same foods for a while. Pretty boring.

Sunday: 133.4

  • Smoothie-coconut cream, greek yogurt, almond milk, bee pollen, sweetener, and protein powder.
  • Coffee with 2 Tbl. cream and nunatural
  • 1 Gala Apple, 1 cup 2% Cottage Cheese, splash of lemon juice
  • 2 scrambled eggs, 2 oz of turkey meat, 1/2 zucchini, 1 laughing cow wedge
  • spoonful of icing (good for you icing made with coconut oil, coconut milk, etc.)
  • Smoothie (same as above except minus the bee pollen)

Monday: 133.6

  • Smoothie- less then 1/4 coconut cream. 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt, 1 tsp bee pollen, 1/2 blueberry, 1 scoop protein powder
  • coffee with 2TBL cream and sprinkle of Nunatural
  • 1 granny smith apple, 1 cup 2% Daisy Cottage Cheese, some lemon juice, and a Himalayan Salt.
  • 3oz of lean turkey meat (98% lean).
  • 16oz mug of coffee, 2TBL half and half, Nunaturals
  • 1 cup of pinto beans with frozen veggie mix of onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and green chili. Some beef and cheese. I was trying for an S Helper but ended up with a Crossover (THM).
  • Iced coffee with 2TBL of half and half, sweetened with Nunaturals

40oz of The Shrinker, 20oz of Natural Calm, and water.

Tuesday: 133.8

  • Coffee with 2TBL Cream and a few shakes of NuNaturals
  • Smoothie~Coconut cream, almond milk, bee pollen, flax,nunaturals, and mixed berries.
  • 1 cup 2% Cottage Cheese, 1 Granny Smith Apple, 1 handful of leafy greens, and a splash of lemon juice
  • 2oz of lean turkey meat
  • Coffee with 2TBL cream and shake of nunaturals
  • Mix of frozen veggies and chicken breast coated with
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1 cup Greek yogurt -plain
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    Spread mixture over chicken breasts, bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins (this has been floating around FB)
  • Muffin in a mug with a cup of Swiss water decaffeinated coffee

The chicken was tasty and moist. I’ll be making it again. It didn’t look as pretty as the picture that is on FB.

I was on the pretty tired today and drank two Zevias!!! I have NEVER drank two in one day. I also had 20oz of The Shrinker and water.

Wednesday: 134.4

  • Coffee, 2TBL cream (I’m out of half and half), nunaturals
  • Smoothie-(same as above)
  • Muffin in a Mug with Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting (fattening but good)
  • 2oz of turkey meat
  • 1 cup bean soup which had some veggies and hamburger meat
  • 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup blueberries

Chocolate Muffin in a Mug. It was so good.

Thursday: 133.8

  • Coffee, 2TBL cream and stevia
  • Muffin in a Mug with whipped cream cheese frosting
  • 2/3 cup 2% Cottage Cheese, 1/3 cub black beans, 1/3 cup salsa, salt, a handful of greens and lemon juice (yum).
  • 3oz of turkey meat
  • Organic coffee with 2 TBL cream and nunaturals
  • Taco Salad~1/2 cup pinto beans,  1/4 of hamburger meat (if that), 1/4 cup salsa, 1 cucumber, leafy greens
  • Muffin in a bowl with 2TBL whipped cream cheese frosting

40oz of The Shrinker, 40oz of iced Tulsi tea

Friday:

Forgot to write what I ate. For dinner I ate off plan and had a Country Burger with Cheese and Sweet Potato Fries.

Saturday: 134.4

  • Coffee with cream and nunaturlas
  • Coconut Smoothie
  • 2 Hebrew Nationals hot dogs, 1 slice of Ezekiel bread, 1 slice of chees, 1oz turkey meat, 1 laughing cow wedge
  • 1/2 Big Man Smoothie
  • Muffin in a Minute
  • Genghis Grill-shrimp, cilantro, spinach, chicken, mushrooms, and sauce. I’m sure their sauce had some sugar. Normally I bring my own Bragg’s Liquid Aminos or Coconut Aminos but I didn’t know hubby was taking me to Genghis Grill
  • Starbucks Skinny Latte with half and half

The children and I were invited to a birthday party so I had a hot dog for the first time this year, wrapped in Ezekiel bread of course. Then hubby took me out on a date and spoiled me.

This week I’m up a pound because I was up early all week. Yup, when I wake early (around 6:30-7:00) I weigh a pound more than if I wake at 7:30-8:00. Pretty strange but the longer I sleep the more I lose.  Hubby and I joke about that all the time. I can wake to go potty at 6:00 A.M. and weigh 134.8, then wake at 7:00 or 7:30 A.M. and weigh 133.4.

I might not record all my food anymore or I may. I am not sure if I want to continue sharing my eating and weight-loss with the world.

  1. Oh that cake looks good!

    I didn't have a great week. I was on the couch most of the week and I think taking medication for my back may have not helped either.

    Today I am feeling better and praying that next week will be better.
