Week 1/Day 2 (9/13)

Waking at 5:30 A.M. is not my thing but it was good. Hehe. The little guy was coming at 6:30 A.M. and I wanted to make sure I was dressed, made our morning Kefir smoothies, had my husbands lunch packed and ready to go and be ready to start school at 8:00.
8:00 A.M.: Recitation
8:05: Christian Studies
9:00: Give instructions for ‘free styling’ work (work they do on their own_
9:30: Geography (Middle East)
9:10: Break, I had to put the baby down for a nap. He gets fussy so I hug, rock, and hold him close. Love it!
9:40: Grammar
10:00: Break
10:15: Literature Study using The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe via Memoria Press
11:00: Break with baby

  1. Oh, I admire you for waking up so early. I am not a morning person, so we are getting up around 7-8am.

You are very busy and I am so impressed with all that you accomplish!

  2. Thanks, but I must admit its been hard. I fight waking up early all the way ;)
