Low-Carb Eats

Breakfast: Coffee with 2TBL heavy cream and a packet of SweetLeaf Stevia and an Atkins Oatmeal Bar 7 net carbs

Lunch: 2 eggs scrambled in ghee with mushrooms, 3/4 onions, 2oz cheese and 1/4 zucchini 11 net carbs
Snack: 1/4 of an Atkins Bar Peanut Caramel Cluster (I bought a new box and wanted to try it) 2 pieces of Skinny Chocolate and 16oz cup of coffee with 3TBL Half & Half and one packet of Sweet Leaf Stevia.  3 net carbs

Dinner: Meatballs with mushrooms and broccoli 9 net carbs

Snack: 2, okay 3 pieces of Skinny Chocolate and a slice of pumpkin cheesecake pie with whipped coconut. 8 net carbs

Total of 38 net carbs
My eggs were so good.

I’ve been enjoying eggs again. Like with my treats I go through phases. Sometimes I love them other times I get so tired of eating eggs.

Right now I have been craving them especially with mushrooms, bacon, onions, and cheese. If I have an avocado I’ll add that too.

My first snack sounds like a lot but it really wasn’t. I actually had my 1/4 of an Atkins bar a little earlier and only because I had been wanting to try the Peanut Cluster. I used to love Paydays before giving up sugar. It was pretty good but I wasn’t hungry so I gave the rest to Lance.
The Skinny Chocolate I ate while brewing my cup of coffee around 2:00.

My second snack which was after dinner, again I spaced it out some. I had the pie right after my supper then later ate some Skinny Chocolate, they are so good. The kids had a piece too.
