Wordless Wednesday (Annette’s Reads)

Wordless Wednesday
Wordless Wednesday at Life at Rossmont

  1. Quite a diverse collection of reading material there. :) Thanks for linking up.

  2. My daughter just saw this picture and now she wants The Forensic Casebook. What do you think of it?

  3. Lisa, I haven't read the book only a few parts. It's not gory with pictures. There's not blood splattered scenes. Of course it goes into the scenes like saying the women was stabbed 14 times which indicates someone was in a rage.

Annette is interested in the deduction skills aspect. She is interested in figuring out how the pieces fit. In fact Logic is one subject that she likes the most (funny considering she was dreading it at the beginning of last year).

We acquired the book from a WinterPromise high school course. I told her if it's too scary to stop reading it but so far she's okay with it. She did say that it's scary (and that's really not the right word) in the fact that the crimes really happened. That they are not fake.

She also likes to watch Murder She Wrote and try to solve the mystery before the show is over.

  4. My daughter loves logic and has started talking about being a forensic scientist when she grows up.

Sorry about the word verification. I know it makes commenting no fun but I have been getting so much spam. Thank you for understanding and I hope you will take the time to comment. I love hearing from you all.
